What we collect
If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send — such as your name, email address, business, website and project context. Please do not send sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to reply, understand the potential work, prepare a scope or quote, and keep the resulting business record. We do not sell personal information.
Where it goes
The project enquiry opens a prepared email in your own mail application. If you choose the booking option, Cal.com processes the details you enter to arrange the meeting and connects the booking to the calendar and video services configured for the event. We do not receive booking details until you choose to submit them.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as it remains useful for the enquiry, an engagement, record-keeping or a legal requirement. Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practical.
Access, correction or deletion
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that no longer needs to be retained. We may need to verify your identity first.
Questions or complaints
Email us with “Privacy” in the subject line. We will acknowledge the request and work with you to resolve it. If a concern cannot be resolved, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
This is a practical explanation of KleverLoop’s current handling of personal information. It is not a statement that every provision of the Privacy Act 1988 applies to the business in every circumstance.
