The work before

An Airbnb management intermediary spent about 10 hours each month preparing and entering invoices generated from its booking activity. The structure was known, but the same information still had to be formatted and entered into Xero by hand.

What we built

We built StaySync around the business’s booking structure. It maps each record into the required fields and creates the matching draft invoice in Xero in a consistent format.

How it stays controlled

The workflow has a clear trigger, defined inputs and outputs, validation, and a route to a person when something does not look right. The team remains in control of the accounting review rather than handing judgment to an opaque agent.

What changed

Booking activity still happens in the same system, but the recurring preparation job no longer has to be carried out by hand. The resulting Xero drafts are structured consistently and easier to review and account for.

What changed

A bounded system, not a one-off prompt.

  • 10 hours of recurring invoice work removed from the monthly process
  • Booking records become consistently structured draft invoices in Xero
  • A recurring bookkeeping task now runs as one bounded workflow
